The Flower Folk

Flower folk is my favourite plant shop in Newcastle, I try to visit every two weeks! There are constantly new house plants and beautiful flowers. The team there are extremely friendly and very creative. I have bought several gifts for others and for myself from flower folk and they NEVER disappoint. On top of this you are greeted by an adorable little spaniel called Ziggy! I definitely recommend taking a trip to see what they have in store.

Not local (living in Leeds), so haven’t physically visited this shop but managed to order some flowers for delivery to the Jesmond area whilst between patients in a busy clinic which is a testament to how easy the online order process is! When I had ordered and realised my sister was not going to be in to receive the flowers I emailed Pip and she replied very quickly, despite the shop not even being open at the time, to let me know she would move the date of the delivery. She then emailed me the day of the delivery to let me know the flowers would arrive that day. Flowers were gorgeous and Pip’s customer service was amazing.

I called Pippa to organise flowers for a special friend who was local to her. She arranged a most beautiful bouquet and delivered within a small time window. Would definitely use again

The Flower Folk did my wedding flowers. They were absolutely stunning and stayed fresh for ages. During my consultation Pip was brilliant at asking questions and giving me options to understand what I wanted, as I quite quickly realised I wasn't really sure. The end result was perfect!

The Flower Folk were our florists for our recent wedding, Pip was absolutely amazing helping us decide exactly what we needed and creating beautiful bouquets and a display in our ceremony room. The communication was really easy and it was no problem to add another colour in quite short notice! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and we were so happy with everything Pip did!
