We have burgers here a lot - we think they are amazing. This was the first time trying breakfast and it wasn't great. The sausage meat is full of fennel seeds and is heavily overpowering. The sandwiches were incredibly salty. It was such a shame ! Hash browns were insane and service good. Won't return for breakfast but their main menu is fantastic.

Decent food, very busy but good quick service, a tad expensive overall I think. Grandson says it’s the best burgers around and at least when I ask for just a plain burger, that’s what he got.

After following this place for 6-months from New Zealand before visiting Newcastle on our trip, I had high hopes and honestly - this one lives up to the hype. The burger was astonishing - I can't even use words to describe how good this was ... I don't think the English language has the appropriate words to describe the mouth feels. Perfectly cooked beef, crispy bacon, soft bun ... all round delicious 👌 I got the standard double quarter pounder and went all-in with chicken tenders, hand cut fries, buffalo sauce and a cheeky Newcastle IPA... honestly, if you're looking for a food experience - go eat here. 11/10 good and the staff were super friendly, lovely to deal with, the venue is cool/in a nice location and we LOVED our two days in Newcastle, but Meat Stack was the highlight 👌 My only complaint is we tried the Fat Hippo second night and we 100% should have gone for round two at Meat Stack 👌🍔❤️🍻🥰

Great burger joint! The selection of burgers are varied enough that someone will find something they like on the menu. The burger was very tasty and fresh although I found it a bit strange that the hamburger bun wasn't warm at all. The chips/fries cooked in beef drippings were top tier! I didn't even need a sauce to dip them in. Really crowded on a Sunday afternoon but service was still quick and friendly. It can be a bit noisy with a packed house and tunes playing but it's definitely a lively atmosphere to enjoy a great burger and fries.

This might honestly be my favourite burger ever! So. Damn. Tasty. Really cool interior, lots of seating and a big window seat. The choice of burgers were really tempting, I ended up going for the Yellowstone and it was delicious 😋 The loaded fries were delicious to boot and it's great to get a proper beer with it if you want one. Highly recommended 👌
