I can not tell you how impressed I am with this company!!! My best friend lost her husband recently and used you. Not only did you act respectfully, you were compassionate and supportive to both his wife and the rest of the family. You were knowledgeable and informative. You really walked Abi through it all so that she wasn’t given added stresses during an already stressful and heartbreaking time. Your rates are incredible because you don’t add on all the unnecessaries. You focus is on the actual family and not all profit, profit, profit. Some might think it odd using a company about 40 mins away from them. But after seeing you do what you do and done so well I can clearly see why!!! I will be using you for not only my own funeral but for my mums too. Because with you I know she will be in good and safe hands! I will be in touch to get the plan rolling on our pre-plan funerals soon. Also I must say that your celebrant was so good!! She was not only kind and respectful with the family in question but her service was really clear and well spoken. I couldn’t fault either of you! As odd as this sounds, it was the best one I have been too!
