BoConcept Fenwick Newcastle

Couldn’t be happier with our BoConcept experience. From the first visit in store, followed with emails and then a home visit. The home visit was free and although I was apprehensive it was amazing! It helped to put everything in context and Paige was able to advise based on our needs and put this into a virtual visual tool. We tweeked our purchases based on this and are going to have a look we couldn’t have managed without this or Paige’s guidance. We never felt pushed or pressured at any time and It made it much more reassuring for big home purchases to have this advice and help. Highly recommend, especially Paige.

We found the range of furniture online that interested us, and when we made an inquiry we were pointed to Fenwick in Newcastle. Paige became our contact and arranged an appointment to discuss our needs. Whilst awaiting the appointment, Paige was really helpful in providing internal measurements that weren't available online. During the appointment we discussed the various configurations that were possible and once we'd decided on the right set up, we placed our order. We later found out that another variant of one of the units was available that worked even better, and Paige was able to seamlessly make the change, with no impact on leadtime. We paid for the installation service and it was money well spent. It was something that we could have done ourselves, but the speed and care of the assembly and removal of packaging by the guys who attended finished off an excellent service. The quality of the units is outstanding, and any concerns we had about colour match were unfounded as the two units were an almost perfect match. All in all, an excellent experience of both Bo Concept and Fenwick of Newcastle all down to Paige's customer support and the quality of the products.

I’m thrilled to be able to review Paige Carr from Bo Concept, Fenwick, Newcastle. Paige was warm but very professional and had a kind manner. She was very knowledgeable about the products she sells and there was no hard sell which was lovely. She spent a great deal of time with us planning and pulling together a scheme which far exceeded our brief. We were able to see the room layout on screen with the items we loved. We were made to feel very special and valued throughout. Paige was a truly lovely young woman and excellent at what she does. She made our day very special!

We had a great experience with Paige, the design process from start to finish was very personal and Paige spent a lot of time ensuring that the pieces and fabrics were right for us and the space. The service from the BoConcept team from delivery to post-sales care was outstanding and we are delighted with our purchases.

The staff ( Paige, James and team) at Boconcept in Fenwick's Newcastle were friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble on the numerous visits we made, with different members of the family, before finally choosing a suite. The delivery service was efficient with Daniel arranging delivery dates to suit us and Tom and Rick ( along with their little four legged friend) delivering the furniture and ensuring we were happy with everything. The furniture is beautiful and the family think we have made a good choice. From beginning to end this has been a pleasant experience and we are very grateful to all. A big thank you BoConcept Team.
