My on line order, delayed because of a faulty franking machine in their office, turned out on arrival to be incorrect. Staff have been most helpful in attempting to retrieve the situation but the problem remains unresolved . I have every confidence there will be a satisfactory outcome. I hope. True to their word I was contacted next day and informed my order was in the post.

After doing a fair bit of checking on what was the best electric garage door I finally settled on The Garage Door Company. Their quote was by far the best and the range of doors I could chose from was very extensive. The sales rep was very knowledgable and helpful in choosing the best style of door, he was not pushy and very friendly. They fitted the door 1 week earlier than the given date. The 2 guys who turned up were very efficient, friendly and upon completion of the work removed everything from site and after giving a full explanation of the workings of the door made sure the garage was clean and tidy. The installation process took less than 1 day to complete.
