Olympia Gym

I have always been really scared and intimidated to join a gym, i got told i had todo something to build strength. at first i was super scared, after meeting the team down at olympia i can honestly say i am super grateful to the team for being patient, understanding and also educating me in the right way how to do the exercises and not to damage myself. thank you lauren and your brilliant team i wish all gyms were that welcoming and understanding, we would have a much healthier society.

Without doubt the best gym in newcastle. forget the chain gyms and invest in supporting independent businesses like olympia. the gym itself is first class, with exceptional machines (top of the range watson and hammer strength) for your isolation exercises and a huge selection of free weights including some stunning olympia dumbbells. the atmosphere is one of the most welcoming you can find, with beginners and seasoned pros all sharing the common goal of improving themselves. the team are super supportive and always willing to help. a real community vibe 💪🏽

Excellent gym, really well equipped, and always adding extras. some great staff there too that can help new and experienced people. very cost effective too.

Olympia is more than just a gym, it has a great community feel. you can tell that lauren cares in what she’s achieving there, with all the investment that goes back into the gym. great friendly people, great atmosphere!! love training at olympia when i’m home and love been a fellow olympian!

Mint place to go and train. has everything you need and more to achieve your goals, superb new equipment in a spacious training area, class new studio for groups and crossfit style workouts. staff are all super friendly and lauren the owner very approachable and knowledgeable. will 100% be back to train here again. if you’re in the newcastle/northumberland area… i’d absolutely go and check this place out.
