Unity Gym

I have only been training at unity gym for one month and i have already improved substantially. when i started i wasn't able to do even one ring muscle up, and i have just completed 20 full ring muscle ups in 10 minutes yesterday. the atmosphere is very inviting in the gym and the way the coaches explain things makes it very easy to learn fast. they break down more technical moves like the snatch in a way that makes it very easy to pick up, my understanding of how to move properly with barbell movements has improved dramatically in one month. the coaches are very attentive and work with you thoroughly to ensure you are moving correctly and getting the most out of the sessions you possibly can. i would 100% recommend unity gym, whether you are a seasoned athlete or just someone looking to get into better shape.

As a more mature person i was apprehensive walking into unity gym- however what i found was a supportive encouraging environment. the coaches are knowledgeable ensuring good safe technique, well structured sessions tailored to individual needs, ensuring progression. i have loved every minute. as my strength and stamina has improved the impact on my general health and fitness has benefited my other day to day activities. i can't recommend this gym or the coaches enough.

Small classes with a lot of equipment and really supportive experienced coaches. equally supportive and welcoming for people who are experienced and total beginners. great place to get fit, make friends and join a great community.

Very friendly place, good range of equipment, not too busy, coaches are good for checking form and teaching you how to do exercises properly. would recommend to anyone new to crossfit

Joined unity gym in january 2023 after getting into crossfit style workouts in 2020. i had tried another crossfit gym in 2022 and didn't enjoy it very much. the experience at unity has been absolutely different class. i love the class sizes (maximum 8), which means you get really detailed and bespoke coaching as you perform your lifts and workouts. the coaches focus on technique first and only build weight or intensity as your technique progresses, which is exactly what i wanted as a soon to be 40 year old man who's had lots of football injuries over the years! facilities are spot on as well. and finally the members are some of the friendliest people i've met at gyms or sports clubs. cannot recommend it more!
