I contacted dave on friday morning to assemble a flatpack dining table he arranged to come saturday am and was very prompt contacting to let me know when he was arriving he did a great job and was a lovely person to talk with i would recommend him to everybody

David and his team are absolutely amazing, they complete works efficiently and to a very high standard. they always offer reasonable prices and are just the best contractors around. would definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

Had some work done by black & white property services, i got some carpets cleaned, new window fitted and some rooms painted. david was so professional, friendly and his communication was exceptional throughout the process. the contractors who all carried out the work were amazing too, so friendly and did a great job! thanks guys!

After having an issue with my kitchen hob & some additional snags after recently moving into a new apartment, david from black & white property services was extremely helpful & easy to get in contact with. he came round & replaced the hob on my kitchen along with fixing the additional issues i had & got it all done earlier & much quicker than expected. he was very friendly & i couldn’t have been happier with the result & his service. i would definitely highly recommend him & his company 👍🏼.

David has done a lot of different types of work for me at my home & also at my workplace, my beautyroom. all work was finished to a high standard. he built me a fantastic spray tan area with wall cladding used. would highly recommend
