Malmaison Newcastle

Had an absolute blast here! stayed in one of the top floor suites, the room was way above our expectations, the service was brilliant, we were even able to order food straight to our room at midnight! would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful setting in a lovely old but thoughtfully modernised building. all the staff were friendly and helpful. great restaurant and bar. rooms are a good size but need shaving and full length mirrors. otherwise brilliant 👏

Stayed here in april with the wife, which is a regular occurrence as it's a great hotel. the stay was made extra special from daniel bowman, thank you. every single member of staff made our stay amazing but a special mention has to go to tirso who served us breakfast. his smile and service made the experience a world class one. i've never been dealt with so well. thank you to the whole team there.

Everything and everyone was absolutely lovely and amazing the restaurant was flawless everything we had was cooked perfectly! the staff were lovely and welcoming, will definitely be booking again! the only thing i was a little sad about was the spa, i was thinking there would be a pool, steam room, jacuzzi, but it's just beauty treatments and sauna. if i take that out the equation everything else about the hotel was from the aesthetic to the cleanliness to the staff, the food was amazing 👏

Modern comfortable rooms, perfect for our stay! friendly & welcoming staff. breakfast was superb, nicest hotel breakfast we've had in along time. very quick service.
