Staybridge Suites Newcastle, an IHG Hotel

Stayed at staybridge suites newcastle 17th december overnight. the room was well laid out, efficient use of space, everything was very clean. the bed was comfy, the pillows didn't crackle and crunch, but still offered support. i had the super king size, which is two smaller mattresses joined as one. my room looked into the main road outside the hotel, but this wasn't noisy and sleep came easily. the location is in the city, but not central. it is the opposite end of town to the arena for concert goers. the staff were the thing that made the difference, a really friendly efficient team provided a warm welcome and were helpful and courteous at each point we engaged with them. great people, nice place.

Stayed here for a couple of days. the rooms are large, with a decent bathroom, and the small kitchen is perfect for basic meals - a couple of hobs, fridge, and convection oven / microwave. the breakfast was the standard for a big hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful and it's only a short walk into the city center.

This was our third time staying here. in may we will go again for a few nights. great comfortable and clean rooms. a kitchenette with even a small dishwasher. breakfast really nice and when asked you could get vegan sausages and gluten free bread. we even charged our electric car there and no charges above parking fee. great place to stay in newcastle. the people working there are very friendly and always happy to help. keep up the good work and love the free wine and beer on monday evening until wednesday evening for a hour i think very nice gesture.

Wow! just expected a big standard suite hotel that took our dog. staff amazing, particularly breakfast staff dealing with a manic bank holiday with everyone coming down at the same time, whole place spotless. lovely, funny and helpful. the member who checked us in dealt with 3 customers simultaneously! nice location to access city and quayside for walking the dog. decent size room and dog package was thoughtful and helpful. the map of local dog options excellent.
