It's obvious that Sonya is knowledgeable, experienced and trained to a high standard but her approach to therapy is much more personal than any other therapy sessions I've been to so I felt at ease right away. Sonya gave me a lot to think about and her observations based on what I told her were unbelievably accurate, even after just one session.
