It's obvious that sonya is knowledgeable, experienced and trained to a high standard but her approach to therapy is much more personal than any other therapy sessions i've been to so i felt at ease right away. sonya gave me a lot to think about and her observations based on what i told her were unbelievably accurate, even after just one session.
