Having tried anything and everything to help my anxiety over the last 40 years I have to say that I was skeptical to try Mark's approach. However, never one to be defeated, I decided to sign up. I could hear in Mark's voice that he was a genuine guy who wanted to help people so I signed up with his partner Bob. Bob made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the room and the information that we spoke about both intrigued and fascinated me. They didn't focus on why I was anxious but how to deal with the anxiety, which resulted in me taking away an anxiety toolkit for the future. The approach was completely holistic, looking at and treating all parts of the body and mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and Bob to anyone suffering from anxiety or any related symptoms!

I’m Mike and I have suffered with Anxiety for almost all of my youth and adult years without realising how to manage the situations I was encountering. As usual my journey included medication through the NHS and their mental health support packages but these never succeeded to improved me unfortunately. I found the Northern Therapy Group and decided to work with them through one on one weekly sessions with Bob, my guide through all of the training, education and therapy. I’ve learned so much about myself, how my body and my brain can be developed together through specific activity and bringing more positivity into my life going forward. I was struggling incredibly badly, without too much detail, my daily life consisted of being scared to leave the house, issues with food, panic attacks, severe anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. I felt like I could not get better at all and called Mark. I was very sceptical about Hypnotherapy at first but Mark reassured me that him and his team could help me with my issues. Mark was extremely polite and helpful in the consultation, and recommended Bob to work with me. I do not know what I would of done without Bob! He has helped me so much with my issues and I have overcome so many of my fears. He was informative, polite, kind, and understanding. He was also very patient and is an extremely fantastic listener. I kept an open mind about the techniques we used to help with my daily life, and over time I was able to sleep better, eat well, and function properly overall. I now leave the house without overthinking and I can get on with my daily life. I am forever grateful for this service and highly recommend Bob and Mark to help. I cannot express my thanks enough for how helpful Bob was in the sessions. He is a very gentle and understanding individual who is happy to help. I wish I had done this sooner! After all of the sessions were completed, Bob was happy to check in on me since I started living a more positive life and this was helpful. I still practice the techniques and I am healthier overall. After initial contact with Mark he felt confident that they could help me with my anxiety. I arranged a date and met with his colleague Bob Tait, a very warm welcoming man that helped me understand my mind and how positivity along with meditation can relieve you of your worry and helped me embrace a higher level of consciousness. After only 1 session I had a new outlook on life and continue to practice daily the methods and dietary recommendations installed. I would fully recommend trying this to anyone.
