Sian is a fantastic therapist and coach, i have recommended her to friends and would encourage anyone who is looking for support to try peaceful minds. i came to sian during a challenging time with work, where i needed support developing my confidence, leadership and combating anxiety. she taught me a combination of techniques to develop a toolkit for dealing with problems and i have always enjoyed her sessions, spirit and company through our journey. i am a happier person with a much deeper understanding of myself and others thanks to the time i have spent with sian and am enormously grateful to her for everything she has done for me.
I’ve been seeing sian now on and off for three years, she has always been amazing! the past few months i’ve had terrible anxiety, sian always makes you feel so normal and that you’re not going insane! i haven’t been on holiday in 4 years due to anxiety but i have just been to paris and now i’m off to new york in a few weeks which i wouldn’t of been able to do without her help.
I can’t recommend sian enough, after seeing her for only 6 months i feel relaxed and in a positive mind set for the first time in my life. she is welcoming and funny so you never feel judged. the skills that i have learnt through working with her will last me a lifetime and i hope that others find her and feel the relief from anxiety that i have experienced. i would describe her as a real life guardian angel and has been a major player in me making the decision to step into a career in counselling.
Sian is a very welcoming, friendly and experienced therapist. i had a great mix of cbt and hypnotherapy, with sian getting straight to the root of the problem and giving lots of practical advice and techniques to try. it’s a really calming space to share all your fears and worries. sian is wonderful at making you feel normal and that your problems can be dealt with. i definitely recommend!
I went to see sian because i suffer from longstanding generalised anxiety. sian is very friendly and puts you at ease. after only three sessions she has made me understand my anxiety and given me tools to try and deal with it. i definitely feel more relaxed and less anxious which hopefully will continue. i would be very happy to see sian again in the future if necessary.
