After going in to Eldon square store in Newcastle staff very unhelpful got impression got sales for today could not be bothered informed if waited some one will help l walked out of store and they lost out on a ring sale
Great service from Jack. We were in the area on holiday and I proposed with a ring that was slightly too small (doh!) but Jack went over and above to find one nearby and have it expressed special delivery by lunchtime the next day. Absolute life saver — thank you!
Beaverbrook service was great but the tag heure connected I bought was rubbish. Waste of my time and money Broke 3 times and repaired but in the end had to get a refund. Very disappointed to be honest
