I bought a Cartier watch pre-owned from another retailer for my fiance's wedding gift, it came missing links & didn't fit. I called Berry's in Newcastle the colleague was very helpful, we travelled close to an hour, the two colleagues super helpful in-store ordered us 5 links from Cartier after making detailed checks. Received a call yesterday the links had arrived after only a week, we traveled to Berrys & a colleague fitted the new links in under 30 minutes. We are both over the moon as it now fits perfectly, at first we were worried we would have to send the watch back for a refund but Berry's saved the day! Thanks again!
