Visited rox diamonds and thrills today ordered new engagement and wedding rings had the best customer service ever from lyndsey and helen. nothing was to much trouble lovely store and lovely girls. cant wait to pick up my new rings

Just wanted to say had the most fantastic experience in rox diamonds & thrills being looked after by helen in the newcastle store today! went in just to browse but fell in love with a beautiful diamond engagement ring for my silver wedding anniversary!! helen couldn’t have been more helpful, personable & poured beautiful chilled champagne for us! made it feel very special indeed!! thank you 💍🍾 kyron, you’ve a brilliant asset in helen! can’t wait to come back for some matching ear rings ❤️

Megan at rox newcastle was just amazing! my partner took me in to “try” and see what we would have liked so he knew for future- a week before our holiday, megan and him were able to get my dream ring on time without me having a clue and in time for our holiday! she went to all ends to ensure he had it and resized and picked up in time!!

Meghan was amazing! and may i say very patient as i looked at rather a lot of eternity rings. she was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what i wanted. i picked my ring up today and am over the moon; it’s beautiful! thank you for all your help meghan, i’m beyond happy.
