We had been looking for a new bed for a long time when we decided to pay a visit to newcastle beds. we were greeted by two very polite and friendly brothers who couldn’t do enough to help us! they listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect bed. it was delivered extremely quickly and expertly assembled by two very professional and friendly employees. we are so pleased with the finished look and quality and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We slept on it last night and what a difference from our other mattress though, honestly thank you for giving me a better quality of life and many more years to come. i actually slept and yous were lovely and didn't push us to buy any specific mattress you let us flow through the shop and gave us the best advice especially with my back being so bad! so thank you again for your lovely support on helping us find our perfect mattress and brilliant delivery service and giving me the best night sleep i've had in a long time feel free to share my review xx

This is now our 3rd bed from newcastle beds and we continue to get the same outstanding service from walking in the showroom, taking advice… all the way to the delivery and install. there isn’t a better bed company out there that looks after its customers. 100% recommend this company.
