Over the moon, would put 10 stars if I could. Update: 1 week in, thats the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on in my 38 years.

I bought a storage bed with a mattress here 5 years ago...I've moved house so i went back and bought a mattress for another bed base I have...customer service is on another level Paul, helped me choose my bed and mattress a few years ago that are still going strong and he helped me select a new mattress today. You can get delivery too. I even bought a nice lamp on impulse, tell them Jimmy sent you, you might get a biscuit 😁...car parking isn't easy but there are spaces outside the shop (you have to cross the bus lane to get to them) but I've not had any difficulty. Quick update I only went ordered the wrong size mattress...all sorted in less than an hour, I really can't rate these guys any higher, absolutely first-class service 👏 😀 👍🏼 👌

I have used this family run business. The Mattress Shop Newcastle Upon Tyne for more years than I care to remember. Over 25 years. I have been treated with great respect and service on every occasion . I have just recently purchased another new mattress from them. The Cool Bamboo 3000. I had based this decision on the fact I have already purchased the Cool Bamboo 2200 some two years ago now. This 3000 sprung Cool Bamboo is less firmer but with the same outstanding quality. My wife and I have been so impressed with the Mattress we felt we should give some feedback not only on the Cool Bamboo 2200 but also the Cool Bamboo 3000. They are outstanding in quality and manufacturing. This combined with the great staff in the shop make for a very pleasant experience. I like to think of them as a small family run John Lewis. Nothing is too much trouble and the customer is king. JUST OUTSTANDING. If your looking for an unbiased approach to selling and a great Mattress to boot this is the place to visit. Russel and Paul in fact any of the staff go above and beyond to assist. Thank you all so very much for your patience and help.

The Mattress Shop is absolutely fantastic, we went in to have a quick look at a mattress we've been looking at online (Nectar) and came out 4 hours later after finding a mattress likely made of clouds. The staff are absolutely fantastic and they're there to guide you rather than sell. We got a quick science lesson from Russell (although I think that's optional) on springs and different materials and a little tour through a variety of mattresses and firmnesses. We're a young couple, but we were treated with respect and Russell and Paul were considerate of fibro to help us find the correct cloud for our needs. Just go in there if you're looking for mattresses, especially if you don't know much about them like we did. They're priced well, you will get better service and advice than you will at any chain store, and you will come out with a nice little cloud that suits your needs.
