Very disappointing encounter today at this Salon. Having visited the salon many times over past few months and always been happy with the service today was a very bad experience. Spoke to the owner who was apologetic but his female manager has lost him a good customer because of her nasty manner.

Amazing service, the lady who looked after me did an amazing job!
