Laura Iveson is my cleaner and in all sincerity I could not be any more pleased with the service I have received and the standard of her work. I think the two things that I most value about her are her reliability and communication. I have had several other cleaners from Daisymaid but without withing to sound compassionless, their own personal issues always meant that they did not last for very long after missing several sessions. Laura has never let me down once and for someone who works in the field of communication, I am struck by the fact that Laura is always able to return any correspondence extremely quickly and efficiently. This is extremely welcome when I am busy with my own work. She is also extremely pleasant and polite. I am very grateful to Daisymaid for providing me with such a first-class member of staff and would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a new cleaner.

I am so overjoyed with the service from daisy maid, and the cleaner they assigned to me, Ariana, is an absolute gem! I feel like I’m walking into someone else’s home when she’s been. Not only does she do an amazing job of the cleaning, she keeps in regular contact to let me know when she’s arriving/finishing. I’m so happy I took the plunge in hiring a cleaning service, but even happier that I’ve felt looked after every step of the way.

I'm delighted with the standard of service that my 2 cleaners Saira & Dale, from Daisy Maid, provide when they clean my home on a fortnightly basis. They're both really nice people who always provide an excellent service with nothing ever requested being a problem to them. I had intended to only use cleaners whilst I'm recovering from a operation, however I'm so delighted with the clean Saira & Dale provide I'm going to continue using them. We’ve used Daisy Maid for weekly cleans for several months and have been very impressed. Our cleaner, Gemma, has been excellent. She works very hard to make the house immaculate, and her communication about days/times is great. The only thing she had struggled with is ironing shirts - but she still does a better job than me! Overall, she is efficient and thorough. Thank you!

Leigh is an absolute delight! She has done the most amazing job my house is gleaming. My disabled Mum lives with me and Leigh brightened her whole day! So happy thank you so much Daisy Maid Thursdays are our new happy day!!
