Going to op & tom is always a lovely experience. tim and louise are very knowledgeable and helpful. the shop is peaceful, eye appointments are not rushed and i did not feel pressure to buy anything. there was a great selection of interesting frames and i love my new glasses which i picked out with help from tim.
