We have attended 3 appointments so far and the staff have been lovely. My daughter had her braces fitted at the last apppointment and the staff totally put her at ease and explained the whole process as they went ensuring she was comfortable and not anxious. The aftercare was explained and all questions answered fully and simply to understand.
