Paddy Freeman's Park

Nice local park. Peaceful atmosphere. There's a lake and ducks, nice playground, many swings, and a coffee shop. Even it's in the rainy day, it's nice to walk around.

Nice wee pond and lovely walks down to the waterfall and old mill. Nice wee cafe.

Visited for the first time and I was amazed by the beauty of this place. Provides hiking, sight seeing, picnic spots, play area, stream, waterfall and lake all in one place.

Such an amazing park, Paddy Freeman's feels like an old fashioned park with playing fields, paths and a boating lake (plus cafe and playground of course), it's also a gateway to Jesmond Dene.

Awesome small park, and a park of one huge park which is a big park of Northeast heritage. The biggest enjoy in this Park is that you can pick your own way of seeing it and still you won't miss any interesting places. The more you walk in it, the more you understand how much proud, talent, money and time was spend to make this park, to make it lol astonishing even though lot of time.
