I was on the phone was a gentleman called Steven and i have to say his service was flawless, professional and swift. He wasted no time in dealing with our incident and resolved it very satisfactorily. Having just got off the phone with another insurance company who kept us on hold for 45 minutes and were useless, i have to strongly recommend achoice and their fantastic staff!
