I became aware of a likely wasp nest problem in the dry verge roof edging above my front door. Within several hours of requesting a quote via Checkatrade, I'd received a phone call to assess the problem and give a quote for the work to be done. Once happy with the quote, I had a further call from the company to arrange a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend. Upon arrival they assessed the issue and performed the necessary treatment. All members of staff that I dealt with were extremely professional and courteous. The service technician in David was extremely friendly and helpful, as well as giving some ideas on how to prevent a future recurrence. Time will tell whether the treatment works, but would certainly go back to Pest Solutions based on their professionalism, efficiency of service and willingness to help. From Checkatrade quote to treatment was less than three and a half hours.

My elderly mother had a problem with rats so we called pest solutions. I’m so pleased we did. They moved things around to get to her quickly and went swiftly about sorting problem. David was great and explained everything to her and reassured her he would deal with the problem. Thanks David, great service, good fixed price 👍

David from pest solutions was fantastic when we had a suspected case of rats in the loft. He was working with us and 2 of our neighbour's he confirmed he did not think there was any activity but still placed traps and came back a week later and again a week after that to make sure. Certainly recommend and will use in the future if have any other issues.

I called to have a wasps nest exterminated in the evening and was given a time slot for the next day. Adam was very punctual and explained the procedure to myself. He then quickly carried out his work and gave a brief afterwards of what to expect for the next few days. He was friendly and professional. An overall great service.

David came out within 4 hours of phoning to clear a wasps red nest from my caravan roof. He also explained about how the wasps will behave when next was gone. I feel very reassured.
