In July 2019 I had an accident which resulted in multiple fractures to my tibia - this was a life changing event. Earlier this year I was still walking with the aid of crutches and was experiencing a great deal of pain. I decided I had to try and improve my situation so Googled physiotherapists in my area and luckily Physiotherapy Matters came up. I booked an appointment online and one of the wonderful reception team rang me the next day. Within days I had a face to face assessment with Neeraj and began the journey back to my life. Neeraj has always discussed my options and provided me with the best and most appropriate treatment for my condition, along with advice, guidance, support and encouragement - I can't thank him enough. I no longer need crutches; I can drive; I can walk the dog; I can walk on the beach again, something I thought would never be possible. There's still some work to do, but I'm getting closer to the old me. Thank you to the lovely reception team who couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. The facilities are excellent and very clean, which is particularly reassuring during these times of covid. I can't recommend Physiotherapy Matters highly enough.
