I called Helen as I was concerned about a bill I received as I pay via DD. Helen checked my account and I hadn’t set up my this years DD. Helen advised me to pay a part of the bill which was outstanding and signed me back up to the DD. She was knowledgeable and personable throughout the call. I felt supported and valued as a customer. 10 out of 10 service from Helen.

By far the best phone query handling I've had this year. We laughed, we cried, my problem was sorted. It was emotional. And no lousy music was played and no one said 'your call is important to us' 10 out of 10 :)

Called to make a query regarding my invoice and was assured that someone would investigate and get back to me ASAP. Thankfully I received a call and a full explanation of my invoice by a very nice and polite lady who discussed the invoice and the charges that I was referring to in my original phone call. Stuart was amazing during my call today. Very bubbly, friendly and professional! I’ve just recently bought a property as a first time buyer and had a couple of questions around how to pay leasehold fees. Stuart answered my questions and gave me information for any question I could think of! I feel prepared and have a better understanding of how the leasehold works. As a customer service manager, I was very impressed with Stuart. His professionalism, attitude and vast knowledge do speak volumes for what I can imagine Kingstons values are and making him a clear asset for the business.
