The process of selling our home was made so easy by all involved. Any queries were answered promptly and fully explained. Nothing was too much trouble.

I chose to use Medway Law as they are connected to I Am Sold which I thought would make life easier. This proved correct as communication was easier and they work along side each other to get the result needed. If I had used a solicitor near me there would I'm sure have been more delays, and possible confusion. I had Team Ritson who were brilliant and kept me informed regularly with any updates and they contacted me if they needed any further information to progress the sell of my brothers property. A special think you to Sally Ritson.

They are absolutely terrible at communicating. I started trying to contact them to find out how my house sale and purchase is progressing over a week ago. I have emailed, phoned multiple times and left a message on the answerphone asking them to get back to me, but have had no response. I have just heard from my purchasers that their solicitor has not been able to contact them either. It could be that things are progressing OK, I just don't know. I am now regretting using a solicitor recommended to me by the estate agents rather than a local on. At least I could go to their offices it a local agent refused to communicate. Edit: I have increased from one to three stars as after finally contacting someone ( my estate agent rang the CEO!) they are being helpful. it turns out my solicitor was off sick and their cover on holiday. They overlooked a third line of cover or telling people that the particular answerphone number was not being monitored, but fully admit this was wrong and are ensuring it won't happen in future.

Fabulous service, so quick! Less than 2 weeks from start to money in the bank! We were kept informed every step of the way. It would have been quicker if Royal Mail delivered the paperwork in a timely manner. Lovely staff, could contact any time and they would answer queries.
