Left full employment over 3 years ago.never looked back. blue arrow, give not only flexible work rota, so i can work to suit my lifestyle, but in my opinion,the pay rate is way above the going rate. my advise is to try them, i'm certain you wont be disappointed.👍👍

Cannot fault blue arrow, they have been amazing, especially jake. he has helped me alot. he is so understanding and is always there to help with queries and is always trying his absolute best to keep me in work. he is true to his word. never a problem with wages etc it's hands down the best agency i've worked for. thanks for taking a chance on me jake

I’ve been class 1 hgv driving for blue arrow for a few years now and find it a great agency to work for. all the staff are very polite and friendly in the newcastle branch. my consultant jake has always managed to keep me in work through out the year during busy and quiet periods. he has excellent communication skills and always makes you feel appreciated. if there’s any problems or queries he’s always at the other end of the phone asap to help you out. pay is always spot on and paid on time. can’t complain about anything and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for work.
