I had a great experience with Reed and with my recruiter, Paul Robson. He was helpful and informative every step of the way, he kept me up to date with all stages of the recruitment process and had my best interest at heart throughout. My only criticism would be, and a very small one, is that it is quite difficult to always be available and sometimes at short notice. I don't think there is always consideration that applicants may be working full-time or not available for phone calls, I think it is something to bare in mind when recruiters may need to contact applicants. But I can understand this is sometimes a preference for recruiters and is a much quicker form of communication! All in all, I couldn't recommend Reed and specifically Paul enough.

I would like to give a massive shout out to Rachel Henderson. Although I took another position offered outside of Reed, Rachel' professionalism throughout was a breath of fresh air. Having been with the same industry for 10 years and new to job searching she made the whole process very easy, kept me up to date and would always accommodate to speak outside of my normal working hours. Rachel is a credit to Reed!

She found me a great job; helped me with the interview process and seemed as delighted as me when I was offered the position! Milli is very friendly, professional and an absolute god send! Would recommend Reed to any professional looking for the next stage in their career!
