Absolutely fantastic service, I do not know what I would of done without them. I took possession of keys (well she left them on doorstop!) from a tenant at 6pm in the evening and was due to handover the house the follow afternoon to the estate agent as the property was sold. The house was literally full of rubbish and old clothes/toys, etc.. along with broken wardrobes, beds, tumble dryer.... you name it, it was left in the house! I rang S&S immediately after doing a google search and they said they would be round in 15 mins to give me a quote. I explained the situation, was given a very reasonable quote and they said that they could move a few things round to be able clear everything the following day. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and completed cleared the house. Both the men were very friendly and polite. I cannot recommend them enough.
