I’ve always used charles clinkard, newcastle, for my 2 year old’s shoes but today the staff went the extra mile, giving us great advice and never doing a ‘hard sell’. every member of staff we came across were brilliant with my little one, even drawing in his sketch pad with him! thanks for a great service again. we’ll be back next time!
