Good shoes and good service, but beware of the attempts to sell you extras like topical shoe creams and protector. If you don't already have something to do this in the cupboard at home, you can buy similar products much less expensively elsewhere.

Exceptional friendly and speedy service today on a busy Bank Holiday Monday. It appeared on first impression they had an balanced selection of shoes for type required today. Having not shopped in Clarks and requiring a feet measure for a very long time, that service is second to none and just as I remember it. Somethings are best left unchanged. The store had ample seating outside of the children's section and had no accessibility issues which is more than can be said for the shop next door. Probably won't leave so long to return.

Always great shoes of good quality. Comfortable and hard-wearing. Especially good value at sale times. Service very friendly and cheerful. And an extra 20% off kids sale prices. Colin was a good advert for Eldon Square shop, hard working with great attitude.

Absolutely fantastic, I called in at the store this morning in Eldon Square because there was a small fault on one of my shoes which I hadn't long bought. I didn't have the receipt but the gentleman still allowed me to exchange the shoes he was very professional and polite I have bought shoes from this store for many many years. I will keep buying shoes from this store as well. The staff were very friendly as they always are and helpful I didn't have any problems in getting the shoes exchanged I'm very grateful for this as I know that they sell good quality shoes that Clark's sell I just want everyone who sees this post to know what a great shop to buy from. I'm a very happy customer.
