Utter bedlam. The staff do their best, but are serving 3 to 4 customers at once, so often left waiting to get alternative sizes etc. We did find what we were looking for, but felt very underwhelmed by the service, despite the associate helping us doing her very best.
Great quality shoes available in this store. Nice service. Affordable shoes price in this store. Happy Customers.

Staff were very friendly without being pushy and were very helpful when I decided to make a purchase. It was the first time I had shopped there and I enjoyed the experience.
Went in to try something on but unfortunately it wasn't in stock. Staff were polite. And the shop was clean. Schuh is located inside eldon square. Lots of shops and eatery are also in eldon square, you could spend good few hours here. Got nice stuff in Schuh but is expensive. Would i return, yes to see if my item was in store yet lol🙂x
