For entry to exit, I was made very much to feel welcomed and relaxed. Treated with such kindness and professionism that I felt better even before the massage even started! I had a Back, Neck & Shoulders booked with an Scalp Massage booked in and every second was incredible. The therapist, Mel asked me what scented oils I had for choice explaining the benefits & experiences of each one, asked me how much pressure I liked and genuinely made sure I was relaxed and at ease before allowing me to change before the massage. The massage itself was pure delight and Mel definitely used the correct pressure and managed to kneed all that tension away! It was meant to be only a treat for myself and now I've already booked to go back again 😊 Do NOT skip this place!

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end, I got an aromatherapy massage which was amazing, came out feeling so relaxed. The therapists were lovely and made sure we had a lovely experience, i would highly recommend anyone to visit and have a little pamper. I will definitely be going back.

I had the Autumn Wellbeing package today by the amazing Melanie with back, neck, shoulder massage, facial, and reflexology. Melanie was lovely and so attentive! She explained the sequince of treatments and asked for my preferences. I will definitely recommend this and can't wait to be back. Location is great and the space looked lovely and relaxing.

Really lovely experience, Melanie was able to fit me in the day after I enquired about availability. Quick, efficient booking over email and the massage was great and really good value for money. Melanie checked in with me about pressure and temperature throughout. The place is lovely and relaxing. Highly recommend :)

Can't recommend this place enough and I wish more people would know about this salon 😊 We don't live in Newcastle anymore but still trying to find time to get aromatherapy massage together with my partner. I get a massage at this place every few months for couple of years and it's always an amazing experience. The place is always spotless, cosy and calm and most importantly masseuses are always with a warm smile and the best customer service. I'm always waiting for our next visit 💆🏻‍♀️
