City Retreat

What a fabulous day in the spa retreat followed by what I will say as amazing back massage followed by a wonderful facial. Only let down and this did not alter from my experience is there was building work going on and it would have been nice to be pre warned also the spa suite could do with some updating re flaking paint on walls and some mould. Had a wonderful time staff were fantastic and will definitely be back again

Visited last week for a deep tissue massage, it was amazing & very relaxing! Staff were friendly, welcoming & lovely throughout I will definitely be going back and would recommend :-)

I had a five hour Heaven Scent package and it was really wonderful. I loved the private time with loungers, wet and dry saunas, fruit and juice both before my massage and facial and after...and the tea in that second window was so nice. I really appreciated being given an option for sandwiches too . I'm looking forward to booking another package next time I visit Newcastle.

Amazing experience. First time attend City Retreats. Me and my girlfriend had a couples spa package that included steam and sauna facilities, fruit selection, cupcake selection and fruit juices. We had a 30 minute massage and 60 minute facial. Given that I’d never been to a spa retreat before, I was a little apprehensive but the ladies made us feel very comfortable. Explaining exactly what they’d be doing at every stage. Absolutely worth every penny. The service was out of the world. We will definitely be returning. 100% a must go experience
