We have been to this store to purchase last minute boxes and greeted by Richard who has been so helpful and smiley! Would recommend this store highly. He had amazing food recommendations that we can not wait to try ! 😍☺️🙏🏻

The staff at the Wallsend facility are all extremely pleasant and very helpful, I would like to single out the wonderful lady lena, so much so that she really went out of her way to help me out when I was delayed for my Saturday check in time. We were able to get checked in on the Sunday. The storage unit was just what I needed, all very clean and nicely lined and sealed against any adverse weather. I would heartily recommend this facility and company to all and sundry, its only a shame that i can't give more than 5 stars, if i could it would be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Richard was great from my first communication through to the check in process & to making sure everything was ok moving in. It was a seamless, stress free experience.
