This company is absolutely amazing. i used them for taxi services in and around northeast of newcastle and they were super helpful, friendly, on time and even helped for last minute transfers to the airport! i just can’t thank them enough for the incredible service! absolutely would recommend to always use them.
Fantastic service from tariq at smart cabs. went above and beyond to get my mum back from newcastle to glasgow. such a genuine kind caring man trying to get people to their destination safely.would highly recommend.
Tariq showed great customer service - he is so quick with replies, really approachable, really patient, and very friendly. we didn't end up using a cab in the end (the passenger wanted to cancel) but i'd definitely use smart cabs as my go-to for newcastle.
This review has been a long time coming, tariq drove me from newcastle to edinburgh in november 2022. he was an absolutely incredible host and so easy to deal with. a joy of a car ride (2.5 hours) and as a female travelling solo he made me feel so comfortable. would definitely use this company again.
Tariq was very friendly and on time for both our journeys. he drove us safely through the fog in the dark for an hour to our destination! would recommend to anyone. 5 stars
