This company is absolutely amazing. I used them for taxi services in and around northeast of newcastle and they were super helpful, friendly, on time and even helped for last minute transfers to the airport! I just can’t thank them enough for the incredible service! Absolutely would recommend to always use them.

Tariq showed great customer service - he is so quick with replies, really approachable, really patient, and very friendly. We didn't end up using a cab in the end (the passenger wanted to cancel) but I'd definitely use Smart Cabs as my go-to for Newcastle.

This review has been a long time coming, Tariq drove me from Newcastle to Edinburgh in November 2022. He was an absolutely incredible host and so easy to deal with. A joy of a car ride (2.5 hours) and as a female travelling solo he made me feel so comfortable. Would definitely use this company again.
