Was very happy with the holiday i booked in cyprus. the whole experience was top 5 stars. only issue was twin beds
Had an internal flight cancelled by airline from our oz itinerary, creating knock on effects in already booked accom. d and s dealt with it very generously meaning we didn't lose out money-wise. this is our 2nd big trip booked through them.
Excellent member of staff, very courteous and helpful, well worth a visit, just to be served from lovely lady.
I wouldn’t dream of going on holiday unless i booked through dawson and sanderson. their very personal approach is beyond price. they managed to get us back from oz during lockdown when emirates abandoned us. philip worked tirelessly through 5 flight plans to ensure we were able to come back. we didn’t lose any money which was amazing. we have just returned from our last two break superbly organised as ever. back in on monday to book the next one!
