TUI Holiday Store

I would like to thank the staff at Newcastle Tui holiday store. Kelly Hall went through our change of holiday without any problems. Pauline looked after our booking for a cruise and did a fantastic job in making sure it was suitable and really ticked all our boxes. A 1st class service from Pauline and all the staff at TUI Newcastle. Would highly recommend and will definitely book with them again

Kerry (store manager) and Kelly were both amazing! They really listened to my long list of tick boxes I needed and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best holiday possible booked. So professional yet friendly and had so many options and advice to give. This was the first time I've went in to store rather than booking online and can honestly say I'll always go into store now - and will always use Tui! Also - just a side note, I had my baby girl Bella with me (18 months old) and they couldn't have been more accomodating - Kerry provided crayons and paper for Bella and was chatting to her while the shop was quiet so we could get the holiday booked. Such a lovely lady, a real credit to Tui.

Massive thanks to the staff at Tui today, especially kelly. She helped us find our first couples holiday with no issues at all and had us hooked on a hotel within minutes, she was very helpful and made sure we will have the best experience possible.
