Extremely pleased, we have had 2 surveys completed by peter on 2 seperate properties, 1 for a structual survey and the 2nd for a level 2 home buyers report. both very in depth and peter was available for any further questions. saved us from purchasing a money pit. extremely satisfied.
I had a level 2 survey done on a pretty standard 3 bed semi that needed a bit of work. the survey was comprehensive, reasonably priced and delivered quickly, only a few working days after the visit to the property. it included the issues identified, pictures and suggested fixes/maintenance suggestions. definitely recommended!
