The staff was friendly and I am pleased with the haircut, but the cost of £42 left me disappointed, primarily due to the mediocre "wash" experience, which felt as if no shampoo was used, and my scalp wasn't even touched. Additionally, there was an unexplained increase in the price from what I was told when I arrived.
