I’ve lived near the reserve all my life, a little belt escape from the hustle and bustle, worth taking a picnic on a nice day

Forest walk above 14 locks in Newport. Bit muddy but nice

Fantastic views from the top of the mountain over the M4 and the opposite golf course. It gets very muddy after rainfall and can be slippery, but the views are spectacular.
