The experience getting my eyes tested was a 5 star but as soon as i was took through to pick new glasses i felt intimidated and under pressure to get certain glasses that are way out of my price range. i felt forced to get all these “add ons” which also i cannot afford.
An efficient and friendly service. the members of staff were welcoming and the optician took time to make sure i understood everything. 🙂 …
From coming through the door, to leaving, the staff were fabulous. friendly receptionist and very knowledgeable and the optician was very thorough. my appointment time did pass whilst waiting, but i cannot fault the service i received. 10/10!
