20 20 Opticians and Hearing Care - Saltcoats

The experience getting my eyes tested was a 5 star but as soon as I was took through to pick new glasses I felt intimidated and under pressure to get certain glasses that are way out of my price range. I felt Forced to get all these “add ons” which also I cannot afford.

From coming through the door, to leaving, the staff were fabulous. Friendly receptionist and very knowledgeable and the optician was very thorough. My appointment time did pass whilst waiting, but I cannot fault the service I received. 10/10!
