The experience getting my eyes tested was a 5 star but as soon as I was took through to pick new glasses I felt intimidated and under pressure to get certain glasses that are way out of my price range. I felt Forced to get all these “add ons” which also I cannot afford.
An efficient and friendly service. The members of staff were welcoming and the Optician took time to make sure I understood everything. 🙂 …
From coming through the door, to leaving, the staff were fabulous. Friendly receptionist and very knowledgeable and the optician was very thorough. My appointment time did pass whilst waiting, but I cannot fault the service I received. 10/10!
