Eglinton Country Park

Came here with my husband, son and rescue dog for a walk whilst we were staying up in Scotland. Different trails to follow depending on how long you want to walk for. Lovely little cafe which we bought coffee and cakes which we took away but you can also eat inside too. There's also ladies and gents toilets which were clean.

Brilliant country park with a ruined castle at it's heart. Ample parking and a lovely cafe serving (among other things) delicious smoothies. …

Lovely Country park. Multiple routes that range from a simple 45 min walk - 2 hours. Lots of dog walkers and runners in the paths. Good for trail running. Can enjoy the castle ruins & the visitor centre too.
