The manner of one of the removal men was unhelpful when difficulties were encountered about access to an upstairs apartment with a separate garden. Moving house is very stressful anyway but this removal man managed to increase the stress levels for everyone by the way he dealt with the problems that were encountered.
The company delivered a piano for my daughter, they it only brought all the way to the flat, when it did not quite fit they dismantled and rebuilt her couch so it does fit, can not recommend the company highly enough, they went above and beyond of what is usually expected
