Clare is the yoga teacher for me. she is so good at explaining the positions and the benefit of them. she is also happy to fix me if i'm not quite right! she is gentle and kind and she creates a lovely atmosphere. my stresses and worries melt away in the hour i'm at yoga. i'm so blessed to have found clare findlay yoga. thank you x
