A good gym, plenty of equipment, although less than there was before covid. the only negative thing i can say about it is that the showers are not very hot & the water pressure wasn't very powerful. overall a good place though
Great gym, clean, tidy, got on all the equipment i needed to without waiting, as i chose my time to train. free weights area was not too busy when i trained. there was always a squat rack free, benches available etc
I am brand new to gyms in total. i've only been going for 5 days, for an hour and a half a day, give or take, but the place has been amazing. the people and staff are so nice, and it's always clean from what i have seen. i would 100% recommend it. hopfuly this time next year my experience will be the same.
