Sushi & Salad Stamford

Fantastic little independent Japanese restaurant in Stamford. Was bowled over by the quality of the food. Prices are very reasonable too. And they're a friendly bunch.

I was impressed by the rolls (love Stamford and Salmon skin), they were very tasty, would recommend. The eel was nice but slightly charred round the edges (slightly bitter but I didn’t mind it). Didn’t understand the flavours of the matcha spiced tea!! Just be mindful of the high prices and mandatory service charge!

Found a little gem in Stamford.. Best sushi i ever had. Everything was super fresh.. Friendly staffs and great service.. Definitely coming back..
