Great location and eilidh was a fantastic coach . she created a lovely atmosphere and her yoga session was fabulous. we even brought the evening sun out with our sun salutations- how fantastic was that ?
I highly recommend soulful sunday! it's a safe space for beginners and enthusiasts to come together and enjoy yoga in a beautiful setting, before experiencing the benefits of a cold dip in the sea. it will leave you feeling amazingly refreshed. give it a go! :)
