Soulful Sunday

Great location and Eilidh was a fantastic coach . She created a lovely atmosphere and her yoga session was fabulous. We even brought the evening sun out with our Sun salutations- how fantastic was that ?

I highly recommend Soulful Sunday! It's a safe space for beginners and enthusiasts to come together and enjoy yoga in a beautiful setting, before experiencing the benefits of a cold dip in the sea. It will leave you feeling amazingly refreshed. Give it a go! :)
